The short version
- We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver our services and run this website.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share data only with trusted providers who help us operate, and where the law requires.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time: info@nirjaninternational.com.
- When we work inside a client’s systems, that client decides how the data is used and we follow their instructions (Section 3).

2. Who is responsible for your information

3. When we handle information on behalf of our clients
Much of our work happens inside client systems: CRMs, websites, learning platforms, billing and workflow tools. In that work our client decides why and how personal information is used, and we process it only on the client’s documented instructions under our service agreement and, where required, a data processing agreement. In that role:
- we use client data only to deliver the agreed service, never for our own marketing;
- if you are a client’s customer, patient, student or lead and want to exercise your rights, please contact that client directly. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the client and help them respond;
- where we handle regulated information, such as health or billing information for medical practices, we do so under written agreements that address the legal requirements that apply; and
- We do not use client data to train our own or third-party AI models without the client’s written agreement.
